Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Splash Auto Spa NYC website and mobile detailing booking services. By submitting a booking, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Services

Splash Auto Spa NYC provides mobile auto detailing services at the location you provide during booking. We come to your home, office, or other designated address within our service area. All services are performed outdoors or in the space you provide at the scheduled appointment time.

Booking and Scheduling

Appointments are scheduled through our online booking form. You must provide accurate contact information, service address, vehicle details, and a valid payment method. We require at least 24 hours’ notice for new bookings. Same-day bookings are not accepted.

We reserve the right to decline or reschedule bookings due to unsafe weather conditions, incorrect address information, or unavailable time slots.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment by calling or texting (323) 772-7083 at least 24 hours before your scheduled service time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of your deposit.

If we need to reschedule due to severe weather or an emergency, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a new time.

Payments and Deposits

A 25% deposit is required to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is due in person on the day of service. We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, Cash App, and cash.

Deposits are processed securely through Stripe. All prices listed on our website are in U.S. dollars. Additional charges may apply for excessively dirty vehicles, pet hair, or other conditions requiring extra time or materials — we will notify you of any additional costs before beginning work.

Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide a safe, accessible, and legal location for us to perform the service
• Ensure the vehicle is unlocked or accessible at the scheduled time
• Remove personal belongings and valuables from the vehicle before service
• Provide accurate vehicle and contact information
• Disclose any pre-existing damage, leaks, or hazards that may affect the detail

Service Limitations

While we take great care with every vehicle, Splash Auto Spa NYC is not responsible for pre-existing damage, loose trim, peeling paint, or electrical issues that may be aggravated by normal detailing procedures. We do not guarantee the removal of all stains, odors, scratches, or paint defects.

Services are performed based on the package selected and the condition described at booking. If the vehicle condition requires more work than the selected package covers, we will discuss upgrade options before proceeding.

SMS Communications

By booking with Splash Auto Spa NYC, you consent to receive text messages regarding your appointment. These may include confirmations, reminders, scheduling updates, and service-day communications. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to opt out of text messages at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. Opting out of text messages may limit our ability to send appointment reminders.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
